Product Introduction
Intelligent water injection is a strategic technology in oilfield development. The current main problems are the complexity and poor reliability of downhole equipment, which reduce production efficiency, increase production costs, make it difficult to achieve fine water injection targets, and restrict the large-scale application of this technology.
This intelligent water injection system is based on the principle of water-electricity analogy. It establishes a network model of multi-layer intelligent water injection wells and forms a decoupling method for interlayer interference, effectively optimizing downhole equipment and fundamentally improving the reliability of downhole equipment. This system installs control modules at each layer of the injection well, communicates data with the ground through cables, and remotely controls and monitors the per-layer flow rate and pressure in real-time. It achieves accurate measurement and efficient adjustment of per-layer flow rate. Field tests have verified that the per-layer flow rate allocation accuracy is better than 3%. This intelligent well system can also evaluate and diagnose the production status and packer sealing condition of the injection well, determine whether there is near-wellbore reservoir pollution, and evaluate the characteristics of large pores in the reservoir. It is a powerful tool for reservoir evaluation.

Application Status
The developed equipment has been verified by field tests in the Daqing low-permeability oilfield, and two wells have been installed and are operating stably;

Field tests have verified that the per-layer flow rate adjustment accuracy of the system is better than 3%, and the single-layer adjustment time is less than 10 min;

This system can acquire high-quality and fast per-layer pressure recovery curves, and can accurately interpret reservoir pressure, permeability, and other parameters within a few hours. In the past, these parameters required downhole operations and half a month of well shutdown for measurement.
