Product Introduction
Our company's electromagnetic thermal desorption system for oil and hydrocarbon-containing solid pollutants has formed a complete technical system. Basic process principle: Under high temperature, anaerobic, and slightly negative pressure conditions, the oil and water in the solid waste escape from the solid pores in the form of oil vapor and water vapor. Some organic polymer materials, organic drilling and production additives, microorganisms and their metabolites in the solid waste also undergo molecular chain breakage and cracking into small molecules, escaping in the form of gas molecules to form desorbed gas. After condensation and cooling, the gas phase yields condensate and non-condensable gas. The condensate is preliminarily separated into oil and water phases. The oil phase can be recycled, and the water phase is reused after wastewater treatment or discharged after meeting standards. The non-condensable gas is purified by the tail gas treatment system and discharged after meeting standards.
