Product Introduction
This device is a full-process simulation device based on the processing flow and principles of produced fluid treatment in offshore oil fields. Its purpose is to overcome the shortcomings of existing oil, gas, and water treatment agents in the field.
The selection methods are single, and the evaluation methods and means of the agents deviate from the actual production, and cannot accurately control and evaluate the treatment effect of the agents. The key node simulation device is divided into two major parts: the crude oil treatment system and the wastewater treatment system. The equipment simulates the process of produced fluid entering a primary three-phase separator, heat exchanger, and secondary three-phase separator for separation. The separated oil phase enters the electro-dehydrator for electro-dehydration, the separated gas phase enters the gas treatment system, and the separated wastewater enters the settling oil remover, inclined plate separator, air flotation oil remover, dual-medium filter, and fine filter for full-process treatment. The simulated process sets multiple chemical injection systems to simulate the chemical injection process, allowing for chemical injection at different locations and evaluation of agent effectiveness.
The simulation device adopts a modular design, and each module can be freely spliced and combined according to experimental needs to complete effectiveness evaluation experiments of different treatment methods. The equipment is equipped with supporting equipment for the analysis of the physical properties of produced fluids for produced fluid physical property analysis.

Device Composition
Oil Phase Treatment System
It consists of a conditioning tank, primary and secondary three-phase separators, a heat exchanger, an electro-dehydrator, a liquid lift pump, a chemical injection system, a temperature control system, and a data acquisition and control software system. This system is independently formed into a skid as an independent system.
Water Phase Treatment System
It consists of a conditioning tank, an oil skimmer, an air flotation flotation unit, an inclined plate oil remover, a liquid lift pump, a chemical injection system, a temperature control system, a tail gas treatment system, and a data acquisition and control software system. This system is independently formed into a skid as an independent system
