Sand prevention and control simulation experimental device


The sand prevention and control simulation experimental device mainly consists of a liquid supply circulation system, a gas supply circulation system, a screen pipe test high-pressure material model system, a high-pressure autoclave inner cylinder sand-filling mold, a core preparation system, a testing system, and a data acquisition system. The instrument has a maximum design working pressure of 12 MPa and a working temperature range of 15~150°C. During operation, the temperature and pressure can simultaneously reach the upper limit of temperature and pressure. The instrument is mainly aimed at oil and gas wells in different reservoirs, and conducts sand production simulation experiments under different sand control accuracy conditions for different completion methods (bare hole + sand control pipe, gravel packing + sand control pipe), so as to optimize the completion and sand control methods for specific reservoirs, optimize the sand control accuracy of the sand control pipe and the gravel packing size, and study the changes in sand control effect and production capacity.

Instrument functions
According to the formation core distribution data (PSD), artificial sand is configured, and the artificial sand is vertically loaded on the core machine according to the cementation strength of the formation rock to form an artificial core. The artificial core is placed in the experimental evaluation device to simulate the oil and gas well formation core layer, gravel layer, and casing wall, and the experimental oil is displaced outside the "artificial wellbore".
