Product Introduction
The online oil content detector for produced water in offshore oil and gas fields (hereinafter referred to as "online oil content meter") is a special device that continuously monitors the oil content in produced water on offshore platforms in real time, and simultaneously stores, transmits, and generates historical record curves of the online test data.
Product Functions
It actively adapts to the harsh air environment of offshore platforms, which is characterized by high salt fog, salt crystal deposition, large diurnal temperature variations, and high humidity. It prevents salt fog crystallization from damaging the analyzer's working chips and prevents short circuits caused by salt fog crystallization on circuit boards, maximizing the instrument's service life;
The equipment is fully automatic and has an automatic cleaning function, combining physical and chemical cleaning to ensure the optical path of the core detection unit's optical system is unobstructed, improving the accuracy and reliability of the instrument's analysis;
It eliminates interference factors in online testing, separating large particles, some suspended solids, and bubbles through process optimization to ensure the accuracy of online oil content testing;
It uses proprietary technology to eliminate interference caused by invalid data, ensuring the smoothness and continuity of the historical record curve, and also has an overlimit alarm function.
