Crack servo control grouting evaluation instrument


The crack can be simulated from 0.1-10mm through an automatic control system for stepless adjustment, meeting the experimental requirements of simulating different crack widths;
A 20T thrust electric cylinder applies a rigid load to achieve crack servo control;
Complete the evaluation of the structure, ratio, temperature resistance, and pressure resistance of the grouting material; the forward pressure bearing and anti-backflow capacity of the grouting slurry can be evaluated;
The effect of different sealants on the sealing of fractured loss formations can be studied.
Instrument Features:
The crack width response simulates the wellbore pressure (i.e., the forward sealing pressure) feedback, and the real-time precise control is carried out according to the preset logic.
