Natural gas hydrate density testing device

The system includes a low-temperature constant temperature bath (ethylene glycol aqueous solution), a natural gas constant pressure control module, a natural gas hydrate volume measurement module, a natural gas hydrate synthesis reactor rocking system, a vacuum module, and a data acquisition system.


Deep water low-temperature-high-temperature-low-temperature full-process simulation tester

During deepwater drilling, the mud is under low-temperature, high-pressure conditions. Under these conditions, methane and water molecules easily form cage-like structures, namely gas hydrates, which can easily block pipelines, conduits, water separation pipes, and subsea blowout preventers, causing serious accidents. The goal is to develop a set of equipment for evaluating the formation mechanism of gas hydrates and hydrate inhibitors.
