The sand-prevention and sand-control simulation experimental device mainly consists of a liquid supply circulation system, an air supply circulation system, a screen pipe test high-pressure material model system, a high-pressure autoclave inner cylinder sand-filling mold, a core preparation system, a test system, and a data acquisition system.


Sand production simulation experimental device

Artificial sand is configured based on the distribution data of formation cores (PSD). The artificial sand is vertically loaded on the core machine according to the cementation strength of the formation rock to form an artificial core. The artificial core is placed in the experimental evaluation device to simulate the formation core layer, gravel layer, and casing wall of the oil and gas well. The experimental oil is displaced outside the "artificial wellbore". The instrument can realistically simulate parameters such as formation temperature and pressure to achieve the following measurements:


Intelligent drilling fluid-solid coupling simulation test device

The intelligent drilling fluid-solid coupling simulation testing instrument - expansion platform is mainly used to study the influence of the interaction between wellbore circulation, drill string, and formation during drilling under complex working conditions. It can observe and analyze the flow pattern under gas-liquid coexistence conditions and test the performance parameters of drilling fluid.


Well leakage spectrum detector

Small holes are opened at different heights at the lower end of the simulated wellbore, connected to valves. By switching valves and controlling the valve opening size, the wellbore leakage layer and leakage amount are simulated. A throttle manifold is connected to the annulus outlet at the wellhead, and a pneumatic control throttle valve is used to generate an excitation pressure wave. The pressure amplitude-frequency variation is detected through a signal acquisition system. The leakage layer location and leakage amount are determined according to the amplitude-frequency characteristic analysis software.


Multifunctional friction testing device

This instrument is suitable for measuring the friction of conventional acid systems (including but not limited to gelled acid systems, cross-linked acid systems, self-diverting acid systems, and commonly used acid systems) and fracturing fluids (including but not limited to guar gum fracturing fluids, biopolymer fracturing fluids, linear gels, and slickwater).
